The Grand Prix Commission has decided upon the following modifications to the FIM Road Racing World Championship Grand Prix Regulations (changes in bold):
“Immediate Application
1.15.1.2 Moto2 and Moto3 Classes
d) Contracted riders who are in their first season of participation in the World Championship may compete in other events held at Grand Prix circuits in Europe, or at events held at Grand Prix circuits in the country of the rider's nationality, during that season.”
The changes do not replace any previous text and thus give new options for non-European rookies.
